This pilot study uses [18F]F AraG PET imaging to evaluate the immunological response to checkpoint inhibitor therapy (CkIT) in patients with advanced NSCLC tumors. The goal of this clinical trial is to test whether potassium citrate improves skeletal health in adults and children with chronic kidney disease. The main questions it aims to answer are: - To evaluate effects of potassium citrate treatment on bone quality and strength. - To evaluate mechanism(s) underlying the effects of potassium citrate on skeletal health. Participants will be asked to: - provide blood, urine and answer questions about health and diet three times during an 8 months period - undergo advanced bone imaging with high resolution-peripheral quantitative CT scan twice during 8 months - take study pills for 4-6 weeks at the beginning of the study to ensure safety - take either potassium citrate or placebo for 6 months during the blinded portion of the study As part of the study, there will be a run-in period followed by the placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial. Researchers will compare the bone imaging between the potassium citrate and the placebo groups at the end of the study.

Purpose of this study: The purpose of this study is to learn more about how hormonal oral contraceptives affect brain processes and emotional wellbeing. Procedures: If participants agree to participate, the following will happen: 1. Eligibility visit (remote screening session) 2. If participants are eligible to participate in the study, they will be placed in one of two groups. If they are in the first group, they will be asked to take an oral contraception pill ("study drug") every day for 21 days. If they are in the second, they will take a placebo every day for 21 days. A placebo is a pill that looks like medicine but is not real and will have no medical effect on participants. Participants will not get to choose which group they are in, nor will they be told which group they are in. 3. During the three-week period in which participants will take either the study drug or placebo, they will be asked to complete daily check-in surveys on their computer or mobile device. 4. Participants will be asked to attend two additional visits over the course of about three weeks. At these visits, participants will be asked to undergo a urine drug screen, a blood draw, and a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). They will also be asked to complete behavioral questionnaires.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if increasing adherence to a Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay (MIND) diet pattern improves brain and heart health relative to a healthy control diet in middle-aged adults. Our research team will evaluate three different groups: the first group will be chosen using a predictive analytics model that predicts who will benefit most from the MIND diet, the second group will follow the MIND diet without being pre-selected, and the third group will eat a standard healthy diet to serve as a comparison. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the MIND diet improve cognitive performance and heart health relative to a control diet? How does the health impact of the MIND diet in participants pre-identified through predictive analytics compare to those without such pre-selection? Which of the three groups - predictive analytics selected MIND diet group, standard MIND diet group, or healthy control - demonstrate the most significant improvements in cognitive and cardiovascular health over the course of the trial? Participants will: Consume one meal that follows the MIND diet or a control meal every day for 3 months. Visit the lab before and after the 3 months of meals for tests. Keep a record of the food they eat during the study.

There is a growing sector of modern tobacco-free oral nicotine pouches that are federally regulated as non-medicinal nicotine/tobacco products. While nicotine pouches employ marketing approaches that may attract current tobacco users, such as marketing themes connoting minimal harm, information on the long-term health effects of nicotine pouches is lacking. nicotine pouches may appeal to younger adults because they are available in similar product characteristics (e.g., nicotine concentration, protonated nicotine) that many younger people prefer to use in e-cigarettes. In addition, nicotine pouches may be of particular interest to younger adult e-cigarette users because these products can be used discreetly where vaping is not allowed, which may translate into an increased likelihood of becoming dual users of e-cigarettes and nicotine pouches. Indeed, approximately 15% young adults who used e-cigarettes in the past 30 days were past 30-day nicotine pouch users. Manufacturers of modern nicotine pouches use acid additives to lower pH, which changes nicotine from a free-base to a protonated nicotine, resulting in improved appeal and sensory experience and higher abuse liability. Thus, nicotine concentration and pH in modern nicotine pouches should be focal targets for regulatory policies. Evidence is also lacking on mechanisms mediating differences in product appeal and abuse liability of nicotine pouches across products varying in nicotine concentration and pH level. The scientific objective of this research is to assess the effect of variation in nicotine concentration in nicotine pouches and its interaction effect with pH level on the proximal outcomes of relevance to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation: sensory attributes and product appeal among younger adults who use nicotine pouches in the past 30 days (current dual users of nicotine pouches and e-cigarettes and/or combustible cigarettes will be eligible) and are unmotivated to quit nicotine use. This innovative project proposes to conduct a double-blind within-subject randomized study in which participants (N = 72) will administer nicotine pouches varied by nicotine concentration (e.g., 3 vs 6 mg) and pH (e.g., 8.5 or greater vs. less than 8.5) to achieve the project aim: to evaluate the effects of nicotine concentration and pH on subjective product appeal and sensory attributes of nicotine pouches. The findings of this proposed research will provide the U.S. Food and Drug Administration with new evidence necessary to inform regulatory restrictions on product characteristics and constituents of nicotine pouches, which may put young adults at risk of using a novel class of oral nicotine products.

This phase II trial compares epcoritamab to standard practice (observation) for the treatment of patients with B-cell lymphomas who are not in complete remission after treatment with CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. Epcoritamab is a bispecific antibody. It works by simultaneously attaching to a molecule called CD20 on cancerous B-cells and a molecule called CD3 on effector T-cells, which are a type of immune cell. When epcoritamab binds to CD20 and CD3, it brings the two cells together and activates the T-cells to kill the cancerous B-cells. Epcoritamab may increase a patient's chances of achieving complete remission after CD19-directed CAR-T therapy, compared to standard observation.

The purpose of this pilot interventional study is to evaluate the use of Dynamic Airway Computed Tomography (DA-CT) for diagnosis of tracheomalacia in children 0-18 years for whom flexible bronchoscopy has been performed. The primary aims are to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy, image quality, and radiation exposure of DA-CT as a potential noninvasive alternative to the gold standard of flexible bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of tracheomalacia.
