The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate GetUp&Go, a program for promoting increased physical activity in individuals at least 6 months post moderate-to-severe traumatic brain injury. GetUp&Go is a remotely delivered 10-week program that includes one-on-one sessions with a therapist and a mobile health application (RehaBot). The main question is whether participants in the 10-week GetUp&Go program increase their physical activity, and exhibit associated benefits in mental and physical health, relative to those who are put on a waitlist. - Question 1: Do participants who receive immediate treatment with GetUp&Go show more increased physical activity, measured by accelerometer activity counts per day, and improve more on secondary outcomes, such as self-reported physical activity, emotional function, fatigue, sleep, pain, and health-related quality of life, compared to their baseline, relative to those who are put on a waitlist? - Question 2: Do participants who have continued access to the mobile health component of the intervention, RehaBot, show better maintenance of physical activity gains compared to those who no longer have access to RehaBot? - Question 3: Are individual participant characteristics associated with participants' response to the treatment program?

The goal of this interrupted time series quasi-experimental design study is to implement universal opt- out HIV testing and linkage to HIV preventive care in 15-21 year old adolescents visiting the pediatric emergency department (ED). The main question[s] it aims to answer are: 1. What is the uptake, reach and effectiveness of universally offered, opt-out HIV screening across pediatric EDs after implementing an adapted version of a tablet-based screening process? 2. What is the successful linkage to comprehensive HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) care using a novel, digital health platform? Participants will 1. Complete the previously developed and validated computerized sexual health screen (cSHS) containing questions regarding their personal sexual health history 2. Have the opportunity to opt-out of clinician-ordered HIV testing 3. Patients meeting CDC criteria for HIV PrEP will be given the opportunity to enroll in the digital health PrEP linkage platform and followed for 3 months after enrollment.

This is a phase II trial that aims at evaluating the safety and tolerability of oral encapsulated fecal microbial transplantation therapy (MTT) in peanut allergic patients. In this research the investigators would like to learn more about ways to treat peanut allergies. The primary objective for Part A is to evaluate whether MTT with antibiotic pretreatment can increase the threshold of peanut reactivity during a double-blind placebo-controlled food challenge from <=100 mg peanut protein to 300 mg after 28 days of MTT /placebo therapy and 4 months post therapy initiation. The primary objective for Part B is to evaluate whether MTT with antibiotic pretreatment can lead to sustained unresponsiveness (SU) defined as tolerating the same dose of peanut protein administered during a food challenge at baseline and 12 weeks after OIT cessation.

The goals of REACH are to help adults develop the skills they need to develop healthy relationship and marriage skills, improve ability to parent and co-parent effectively, identify and enhance skills and abilities required to gain or retain economic self-sufficiency, and foster family stability and increase successful marriage rates. Data from the tri-county region comprised of Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties demonstrates the presence of a number of risk factors affecting family stability, including high rates of single-parent households, births to unwed mothers, and high median rent costs compared to poverty rates and income. By providing families with relationship enhancement, parenting, and economic self-sufficiency services, this should help to optimize each family member's quality of life and improve child well-being.

The purpose is to study a model of mental health navigation for African American and Latinx children (0-14 years) in high poverty urban communities focused on reducing key parental attitudinal barriers to care. Reducing persistent racial and ethnic disparities in children's mental health is a national priority and patient navigation is a highly promising approach that is rarely used in children's mental health services. The study will examine the effectiveness of paraprofessional (PP) navigators who have strong community knowledge and waitlist as usual condition (active wailt list [AWL]. The study will examine specific mechanisms of navigator effectiveness in children's mental health and compare an AWL to provide a rigorous test of the proposed mechanisms. The knowledge gained from this application may be important to reducing disparities and employing the workforce best suited to navigation in the community mental health system. Two community boards, one focused on identifying factors important to supporting navigators at the agencies (Implementation and Sustainability Community Board) will meet quarterly, and the other focused on implications for state and federal policy (Public Policy Board), will meet annually.

More than a dozen states have proposed or plan to implement work requirements in Medicaid, and similar requirements already exist nationally in the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), yet evidence on the effects of these policies is limited. In cooperation with the state of Virginia, the investigators plan to conduct a randomized controlled trial studying the impacts of work requirements in public programs on insurance coverage, SNAP participation, employment, and health, with a particular focus on changes in racial/ethnic and geographic disparities in these outcomes. The COVID-19 epidemic and concurrent economic downturn creates additional urgency around these issues, and the investigators will use a combination of national administrative data and a new population survey to assess disparities in employment, health care, and food insecurity during this crisis.
