The goal of this clinical study is to evaluate whether the NEO-Match® test, based on ARTIDIS nanomechanical profiling technology, can help predict treatment outcomes and improve clinical decision-making in patients with suspected pancreatic cancer undergoing biopsy. The main questions this study aims to answer are: - Can the NEO-Match® test predict how patients respond to neoadjuvant (pre-surgical) treatment for pancreatic cancer? - How well does the NEO-Match® test detect malignant pancreatic lesions compared to standard histopathological assessment? This is a prospective, single-arm study. Researchers will compare results from the NEO-Match® test with standard clinical outcomes, imaging findings, and pathology results to evaluate its predictive and diagnostic performance. Participants will: - Undergo a standard-of-care pancreatic biopsy or surgical procedure - Provide an additional biopsy sample for research analysis using the ARTIDIS ART-1 device - Continue to receive standard treatment and care, which is not influenced by the study - Have clinical data, imaging results, and treatment outcomes collected - Be followed every 3 months for up to 2 years The study does not involve experimental treatment or changes to standard medical care. The information collected may help improve future diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment selection for patients with pancreatic cancer.

This Phase 2 study will be conducted in different countries around the world with up to about 160 participants. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well Rina-S works against GI cancers. The medication in this study is Rina-S monotherapy (by itself; no other cancer treatments). All participants will receive active drug; no one will be given placebo. Participation in the study will require visits to the study site(s). During site visits, there will be various tests (such as blood draws) and procedures (such as recording of heart activity, imaging/X-rays) to monitor whether the study treatment is safe and effective. The duration of the study will be different for every participant, but an average study duration of 22 months is expected for participants. This will include a treatment period (expected to last an average of 12 months), plus data collection periods before and after treatment. Participants will be asked to attend 1 to 5 visits at the study clinic for each cycle (duration of an individual cycle is 21 days). If a participant's cancer stays the same or gets better, and there are not any serious problems, participants can keep getting study treatment for as long as the study is open.

Childhood cancer survivors experience premature declines in muscle mass, strength, and physical function that contribute to morbidity and early mortality. The biological mechanisms driving these impairments are heterogeneous and poorly understood. This observational study aims to characterize distinct muscle health endotypes in adult survivors of childhood cancer using advanced imaging, neuromuscular testing, and functional assessment. Survivors with reduced muscle health and community controls will undergo multimodal magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy, nerve conduction studies, surface electromyography, body composition assessment, and physical performance testing during a single study visit integrated into an ongoing cohort evaluation. Identifying mechanistic endotypes of impaired muscle health will support development of targeted interventions to preserve function and improve long-term outcomes in childhood cancer survivors. Primary Objective: - Characterize reduced muscle health endotypes in childhood cancer survivors. Secondary Objective: - Identify specific treatment and lifestyle related risk factors for each reduced muscle health endotype. Exploratory Objective: - Host germline genetics will be associated with specific muscle endotypes.

The goal of this observational study is to determine if a pharmacist-led program involving continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) improves glucose control and health behavior in people with prediabetes. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Determine impact of pharmacist-led CGM on glycemic control in people with prediabetes. Researchers will compare change in hemoglobin A1c at 12 weeks with pharmacist-led CGM versus a historical cohort of subjects with prediabetes receiving no CGM. The investigators will also assess change in CGM-derived glycemic metrics from baseline to end of the CGM wear period in the intervention group. 2. Evaluate impact of pharmacist-led CGM on health behavior change in people with prediabetes in the intervention group. Participants will be asked to complete the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities Measure (SDSCA) and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) at baseline, at the end of week 4, and at the end of the study so that researchers can measure the effects in the intervention group on health behavior change.

Some patients develop a problem called pouchitis, where this pouch becomes inflamed. Current treatments are limited, and there are no known ways to prevent pouchitis from starting. This study is being done to find out if a natural mineral supplement called Aquamin® can help reduce inflammation and protect the gut lining in people with a J-pouch, and may reduce the risk of pouchitis.
