This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug, when used in combination with chemotherapy. The study is focused on patients with Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) that have not been treated before (called "previously untreated"). Patients with DLBCL that have come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or have not responded to treatment (called "refractory"), can also participate in this study. This study will be made up of Part 1A, Part 1B, and Part 2.The aim of Part 1A and Part 1B of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab (the comparator drug), and chemotherapy, the current standard of care treatment approved for DLBCL. Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: - What side effects may happen from taking the study drug when combined with chemotherapy - How much study drug is in the blood at different times - Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) - The impact from the study drug on quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities

The goal of this project is to evaluate galcanezumab transfer into maternal breastmilk, and to evaluate infant (growth, development, constipation, colic, infections) and maternal (headache) outcomes for dyads in which the mother was treated with galcanezumab and to compare outcomes for infants who were or were not breastfed after maternal treatment. In this prospective observational study, the study team proposes to prospectively collect serial milk samples from 30 adult women who are treated with galcanezumab for migraine. Mothers who are interested in participating will be connected with us, the main clinical site, by neurologists across the USA. Mothers must carry a diagnosis of migraine, be aged 18-45 years, and be between 14 days and 9 months postpartum, and still nursing, at the time of enrollment. This study will fill a significant unmet need as women of childbearing potential are over-represented in the migraine population, and yet they are excluded from clinical trials of migraine treatments during pregnancy and lactation.

This phase II trial tests how well biologically guided radiation therapy (BgRT) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) with osimertinib works for the treatment of EGFR positive non-small cell lung carcinoma that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to a limited number of anatomic sites (oligoprogressive). BgRT is radiation that uses specialized imaging to during treatment to target the active tumor and direct radiation to tumors in order to kill and shrink tumor cells. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method may kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. Osimertinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of a protein called EGFR that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Giving BgRT with SBRT and osimertinib may kill more tumor cells in patients with oligoprogressive EGFR positive non-small cell lung carcinoma.

Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic progressive fibrotic lung disease resulting in increasing shortness of breath, cough, and low oxygen levels as a result of lung tissue scarring . This will be a single-center randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled study of 20 weeks including up to 4 weeks for screening, followed by 12 weeks of oral artesunate treatment across 3 dose levels (dose escalation every 4 weeks), and 4 weeks of a washout (follow-up) period in participants with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of artesunate at 3 dose levels, and to select the dose(s) to carry forward into additional clinical testing. The secondary objective includes exploring the blood biomarkers present in participants with IPF at baseline and to investigate how those biomarkers change following artesunate treatment. The exploratory objectives include assessing the changes in the K-BILD and Leicester cough questionnaire scores and change in pulmonary function after artesunate administration.

This study (1438-0003) is open to adults with a tumour in the brain that is positive for the tumour marker delta-like 3 (DLL3). This study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful. The purpose of this study is to find out the highest dose of BI 764532 that people with a brain tumour that is positive for DLL3 can tolerate. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule that can attach and link together the cancer cells and T-cells of the immune system (DLL3/CD3 bispecific). This may help the immune system fight cancer. Participants get BI 764532 infusions into a vein when starting treatment. If there is benefit for the participants and if they can tolerate it, the treatment is continued. During this time, participants visit the study site at regular intervals. The total number of visits depends on how they respond to and tolerate the treatment. The first study visits include staying to monitor participants' safety. Doctors record any unwanted effects and regularly check the general health of the participants.

This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2b pilot clinical trial to determine whether non-ergoline D3/D2/D1 dopamine (DA) receptor agonist rotigotine (RTG), in combination with treatment as usual, including individual or group behavioral therapy can a) reduce cocaine use and also b) increase brain activity in frontocortical areas of the brain, and, as a reflection of that - improve top-down cognitive control in persons with cocaine use disorder (CocUD). Rotigotine is a marketed non-ergoline D3/D2/D1 DA agonist (RTG, Neupro®) in the form of a transdermal patch that is FDA-approved for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease and Restless Legs Syndrome. The premise of this project was based on apparent beneficial effects of RTG in a different human population characterized by executive function (EF) impairment. In light of the deficits in EF common in persons with CocUD, RTG may hold the potential for cognitive improvement in persons with CocUD who are in treatment as usual to both attend to and retain psychoeducation concepts better. In addition, rotigotine may help these individuals in recovery maintain goals better, where goal maintenance is a crucial integrative product of successful EF.
