The goal of this clinical trial is to understand how personally meaningful, autobiographically salient music compares to standardized playlists when combined with psilocybin in healthy adults ages 21 to 75. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does autobiographically salient music lead to stronger emotional responses to music, greater acute subjective effects, and more lasting improvements in mood, affect, and well-being compared to standardized or ambient playlists? How are brain and body responses - including EEG activity, respiration, heart rate, and skin conductance - influenced by autobiographically salient music under psilocybin? Do brain and body responses to specific music features differ when the music is autobiographically salient compared to non-salient playlists? Researchers will compare five music conditions: three conditions where an 80-minute block of autobiographically salient music is placed at different points in the 6-hour psilocybin session (0-80 minutes, 80-160 minutes, or 240-320 minutes), a standardized Johns Hopkins psilocybin playlist, and an ambient playlist with no autobiographical content. Participants will: - Take a single oral dose of psilocybin (25 mg) during one study session - Listen to one of the five music conditions while reclining in a comfortable setting - Complete questionnaires about emotions, acute, subjective effects, insight, etc. - Undergo EEG and physiological monitoring (respiration, heart rate, skin conductance) during the session - Complete MRI brain scans before the session and 1 week after psilocybin - Return for follow-ups at 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month after psilocybin - At 1 month, complete a qualitative interview and a nondrug EEG music listening session, where the participant's hear either music from the participant's own psilocybin session or music from another participant's session

The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity of telisotuzumab adizutecan as a monotherapy or in combination with osimertinib compared to standard of care (SOC). Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, in the first stage (phase 2) participants will receive 1 of 2 doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan as a monotherapy or in combination with osimertinib. In the second stage (phase 3) participants will receive the recommended phase 3 dose (RP3D) of telisotuzumab adizutecan, from the previous stage, or SOC. Approximately 490 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 200 sites around the world. In phase 2, participants will receive 1 of 2 intravenous (IV) doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan as a monotherapy or in combination with oral osimertinib. In phase 3, participants will receive the IV RP3D of telisotuzumab adizutecan, or SOC. The study will run for a duration of approximately 69 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is characterized by aggressive and rapid growth and a tendency to develop early spread to distant sites including mediastinal lymph nodes, liver, bones, adrenal glands, and brain. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, dose, change in disease activity of ABBV-706 given with atezolizumab, compared to standard of care (SOC) treatment (etoposide, carboplatin, atezolizumab, and optional lurbinectedin). ABBV-706 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of SCLC. There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-706 given with atezolizumab, at 1 of 2 doses, or SOC. Approximately 180 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In the safety lead-in, participants with SCLC will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-706 in 1 of 2 doses with IV atezolizumab, or IV SOC. In the expansion portion of the study, participants with SCLC will receive IV ABBV-706 in 1 of 2 doses with atezolizumab, or IV SOC, until the optimal dose of ABBV-706 is determined. The estimated duration of the study is up to 69.5 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate how a conversational method of collecting medical history affects patients' perceptions and experiences compared to clinical care as usual. This conversational AI intake system collects medical history information, can be completed by participants at home, and do not disrupt routine clinical care. The primary questions this study aims to answer are: 1) Does conversational intake affect patients' perceptions of empathy during their clinical interactions? This will be a prospective study that follows a cohort of participants for four (4) months after engaging with the AI intake system. Because each participant serves as his/her own control, both comparators will be administered within-subject, and the order of exposure (AI intake vs. usual care) will be randomized to minimize sequence effects. After completing the AI intake method, participants will rate their experience, particularly in terms of empathy and compare it to their usual interactions with their own clinicians.

This study evaluates whether surgical removal of the parathyroid gland (parathyroidectomy) improves physical function and mobility in older adults with primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). PHPT, a common endocrine disorder in older adults, is associated with reduced muscle strength, mobility, and quality of life. This prospective observational study will enroll up to 80 participants aged 60 and older undergoing parathyroidectomy at UF Health. Participants will complete physical performance tests, wear an Actigraph device to assess physical activity, and provide blood samples for biomarker analysis at pre- and post-operative time points. The goal is to characterize changes in physical function and activity following surgery and to identify biomarkers that may predict mobility improvements. Findings will help inform future larger-scale studies and could expand surgical indications for PHPT in older adults.

This clinical trial studies whether transperineal micro-ultrasound can be used to detect prostate cancer during biopsy. Transrectal ultrasound is often used during prostate biopsy. Transrectal ultrasound imaging is a procedure in which a probe that sends out high-energy sound waves is inserted into the rectum. The sound waves are bounced off internal tissues or organs and make echoes. The echoes form a picture of body tissue called a sonogram. Transrectal ultrasound is used to look for abnormalities in the rectum and nearby structures, including the prostate. The images are used to guide the prostate biopsy. Transperineal micro-ultrasound is completed by placing a probe over the skin between the scrotum and anus (perineum). It is a high-resolution ultrasound at 29 megahertz (MHz) (compared to traditional ultrasound at 6-9 MHz). This higher frequency allows for an improved spatial resolution. This improved spatial resolution is approximately the diameter of a prostatic duct, and therefore, may be able to visualize slight changes in the structure of prostatic ducts that are not possible with standard transrectal ultrasound. Transperineal micro-ultrasound may be more effective in detecting prostate cancer during biopsy.
