The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if DOC1021 + pIFN will be safe and will lead to tumor responses in patients with refractory melanoma. DOC1021 is a dendritic cell immunotherapy derived from a patient's own blood cells and loaded with antigens from the patient's tumor in the form of tumor lysate and mRNA. The goal is to stimulate a T cell immune response that eliminates tumor cells. The study consists of two components: an initial phase I safety study to confirm safety/tolerability of the treatment regimen, and, subsequently, a single-arm phase II cohort to assess efficacy of the treatment regimen. All participants will: - Take filgrastim subcutaneously x 5 doses and subsequently undergo a leukapheresis collection - Receive two doses of DOC1021 under image guidance 2 weeks apart - Receive subcutaneous pIFN injections weekly for a total of 4 doses in parallel with the DOC1021 injections - Undergo an optional image-guided perinodal DOC1021 booster injection approximately 6 months after the first DOC1021 dose along with additional subcutaneous pIFN injections at time of the booster and the subsequent week for a total of 2 pIFN doses - Visit the clinic regularly to assess quality of life, symptoms, medication use, imaging, bloodwork, and to receive optional treatment with anti-PD1 agents

The goal of this observational study is to learn about the roles played by parental activity spaces and social networks in reducing parental substance use and promoting child and family health outcomes in the context of Ohio START (Sobriety, Treatment, and Reducing Trauma) for families in rural areas. This study will investigate if substance use treatment service referrals and family peer mentoring services provided by Ohio START lead to positive changes in parental activity spaces and social networks, and if these positive changes lead to better child and family outcomes. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Does having behavioral health services (referred by Ohio START workers) close to where parents spend their time help with substance use recovery and child health? - Does peer mentor support through Ohio START help parents build stronger social connections and family resilience, and does this lead to better long-term family health? - Do these associations differ in rural areas compared to urban areas? Participants will: - Answer survey questions about their substance use, parenting, child health, and family well-being across three waves (Wave 1: when they enroll in the study, Wave 2: 6-month follow-up, and Wave 3: 12-month follow-up) - Share information about places they go regularly (such as work, stores, and healthcare visits) - Share information about people in their support network

ABBV901 is an investigational drug for the treatment of ovarian cancer. This study has 4 Parts (Arms) where participants will receive ABBV-901, alone or in combination with the standard available therapy, bevacizumab. Around 219 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 75 sites around the world. In part 1, participants will receive escalating doses of intravenous (IV) ABBV-901 alone. In part 2, participants will receive 1 of 3 doses of IV ABBV-901, alone to determine the optimized dose. In part 3, participants will receive escalating doses of IV ABBV-901, combination with IV bevacizumab. In part 4, participants will receive recommended doses for expansion of IV ABBV-901, combination with IV bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, and scans.

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1). The usual (standard) treatment for HIV-1 is antiretroviral therapy (ART), which includes taking medicines to lower the amount of HIV-1 in the body. Standard ART helps people live longer, but people must take up to 3 medicines up to twice a day. Standard ART may also cause other health problems. Researchers want to know if a study ART works as well as a standard ART to treat HIV-1. The study ART combines 2 medicines, islatravir and ulonivirine, and is taken once a week. The goals of this study are to learn: 1) If the study ART works as well as a standard ART to treat HIV-1, and 2) About the safety of the study ART and if people tolerate it compared to a standard ART.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn more about decision making in psychosis spectrum disorders, like schizophrenia. Participants will be people who have had symptoms of a psychosis spectrum disorder start within the last five years. The investigators will study how two study agents change decision making in people with psychosis, by asking participants to complete some brain games on the computer before and after taking the study agents. The investigators hope to improve our understanding of psychosis to help people in the future. The main research questions are: - Does a single dose of modafinil change how people with psychosis play the brain games? - Does a single dose of d-serine change how people with psychosis play the brain games? - Does a single dose of modafinil change brain activity? - Does a single dose of d-serine change brain activity? Participants will: - Complete an interview and self-report questionnaires. - Complete safety screening activities, like a blood draw, a urine drug test, and an alcohol breathalyzer test. - Complete functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) scans. fMRI uses magnets to take pictures of the brain. There will be six scanning appointments in the study, with two scans each. Appointments will be about a month apart. - Take a single dose of a study agent during each scanning appointment. The study agent will be taken after the first fMRI. There are three study agents in total: modafinil, d-serine, and a placebo. Each participant will take each study agent twice during the study. - Play brain games on a computer that measure decision making, thinking, and problem solving skills
