In the proposed study, the investigators will utilize resting-state functional MRI (fMRI) and structural MRI-based electrical field modeling to study the effect of electroconvulsive therapy on human neural circuitry. Our study will recruit patients who are beginning treatment with bilateral electroconvulsive therapy (N=75). Our design will be longitudinal where patients will be followed up until their 8th week electroconvulsive therapy clinically. The primary measure of interest will be the slope of clinical change estimated with mixed effect modeling (see Approach). The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether non-invasive stimulation over the spinal cord at the neck and/or lower back can improve walking function for people with neurologic conditions. Spinal stimulation has been used extensively for individuals with spinal cord injury, and has demonstrated improvements in function. This study will extend this work to other neurologic conditions, such as cerebral palsy and stroke, that also demonstrate similar impairments as spinal cord injury. The primary aims of this study are to: Aim 1: Evaluate impact of spinal stimulation on spasticity and locomotor function. Aim 2: Investigate participant perceptions of spinal stimulation. The investigators will be using a cross-over design study to compare intensive training only to intensive training combined with spinal stimulation. After an initial baseline period of up to 4 weeks (Phase I). Participants will have their first intervention phase of the study (Phase II). This will involve either intensive training only (Condition A) or intensive training combined with spinal stimulation (Condition B). This will be followed by a washout period with no intervention (Phase III) and then the second intervention phase (Phase IV). The second intervention phase will involve either Condition A or Condition B, whichever the participants did not received during Phase II. Phases II-IV will each last up to 8 weeks. After the intervention period is complete, the participant will be asked to come for follow-up visits up to 3 months after the intervention phases are completed (Phase V). 1.1. Background: Renal transplantation is the treatment of choice for eligible patients with end-stage renal disease. It provides better outcomes in terms of life expectancy and quality of life than dialysis (Liu, Narins, Maley, Frank, & Lallas, 2012). Kidney transplants from living donors also have additional benefits in terms of graft function and survival compared to transplants from cadaver donors (Galvani et al., 2012). Living donor transplants provide an opportunity to have good quality grafts and to perform the procedure when the recipient is in an optimal clinical status (Creta et al., 2019). Laparoscopic donor nephrectomy was first introduced in 1995 and is currently accepted as the gold standard for kidney procurement from living donors. The first worldwide robotic assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy was performed in 2000 by Horgan et al. (Horgan et al., 2007). The main obstacle to living donation is the exposure of a healthy subject to the risks of a major surgical intervention. Therefore, efforts have been made to reduce complications and postoperative pain, achieve faster recovery, and minimize the surgical incisions. Minimally invasive procedures like hand-assisted and robotic approaches greatly enhance living donation rates, and in 2001 the number of living donors exceeded the number of cadaver donors (Horgan et al., 2007). 1.2. Rapid-Response EEG in Children With Suspected Status Epilepticus

immediate medical attention. If the seizure is prolonged (> 5 minutes) it is called
status epilepticus and delayed treatment leads to higher risk in drug resistance and

Seizures are common in children (~350 per 100,000 patients per year) and require immediate medical attention. If the seizure is prolonged (> 5 minutes) it is called status epilepticus and delayed treatment leads to higher risk in drug resistance and brain injury. The current standard of care for children admitted to the ICU with established or suspected status epilepticus is to start a conventional continuous EEG study that helps diagnosing seizures by typical electro graphic patterns. It takes on average 4 hours to start and another two hours to obtain a reading by epileptologists. This is far beyond the time window of starting an EEG study (60 minutes) as recommended by the neurocritical care society. In adult ICUs, point of care "Rapid Response EEG" are becoming a new standard of care and our ICU adopted this practice in 2020. It can be easily placed by the ICU staff rather than a specifically trained EEG technician but has a lower resolution due to fewer leads (10 vs. 20). The purpose of this study is to determine wether and by how much time RR-EEG yields faster preliminary EEG reports that the previously available conventional EEG (cEEG) and wether the detection of electro graphic seizures is comparable. Data shows us that injury risk increases in the first year postpartum. There is a paucity of literature regarding MSK injuries in postpartum military women. A unique challenge that postpartum service members face is the increased stress of training for and having to pass a physical fitness test directly tied to their career advancement. While there is epidemiological data across multiple branches of service, there is a gap in the literature in terms of how to appropriately address these decreased fitness levels and better understand the root causes. American College of Gynecology (ACOG) recommends that the postpartum visit include actionable information on return to physical activity. However, a large majority of women report receiving no guidance on how to engage in physical activity during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Physical therapy is commonly used to help individuals return to physical activity following orthopaedic surgeries, but it is not frequently utilized to assist the postpartum population in progressing back to physical activity. Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (OMPTs) are uniquely trained to address musculoskeletal symptoms and progress physical activity. An OMPT evaluation and treatment could facilitate increased physical activity and improve health-related quality of life, supporting the ACOG recommendation to make postpartum care an ongoing multidisciplinary process. This Randomized Controlled Trial will test the effectiveness of the Parenting in the Moment (PIM) online parenting program for parents with experiences of forced displacement. The primary objective of this study is to conduct a summative (impact) evaluation of the PIM online parenting program as an in-home parent, skill-based program for parents of school-aged children, using a randomized controlled trial research design with community partnerships that inform the research throughout. The longer-term objectives are to build the evidence-base for in-home parent skill-based programs with strong empirical support (i.e., eligible for listing on the Families First Clearinghouse) and increase access to parenting programs for forcibly displaced families thereby improving child safety and wellbeing and strengthening their public health support. 720 families will be recruited with forced migration backgrounds and within 10 years of arrival in the USA; 360 families will be assigned to the PIMonline program and 360 to a family resource list only, wait-list control group. Families will be recruited using stratified random sampling within the four PIM language groups: English, Spanish, Arabic, French. Within each language, half the families will be assigned to the PIMonline intervention program and the other half will be assigned to receiving a Family Resource List with access to the PIMonline program once the study ends. One parent and one child per eligible family may participate. Data collection with participating families will take place at baseline (T1), 4-months after baseline (T2) and finally, 16 months after baseline (T3). Data collection includes caregiver online surveys, caregiver and child Zoom recorded Family Interaction Task conversations and interviewer administered child surveys for children aged 8-12 at each time point. Standardized, reliable and valid measures in the four languages will be used to assess change in outcomes through the surveys. Longitudinal growth curve analysis will be used to test PIM intervention effects. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether noise-augmented feedback using automatic speech recognition improves intelligibility and social participation in individuals with Parkinson's disease. The main questions the investigators will address are: Does noise-augmented feedback lead to increased intelligibility, as measured by transcription accuracy scores? Does a self-managed speech protocol lead to increased social participation, as measured by the Communicative Participation Item Bank and the Communicative Effectiveness Index questionnaires? Participants will: Receive 2-4 initial speech assessments in-person in our lab. Engage in speech treatment sessions at home using their phone and computer four days a week for four weeks. Four of those sessions will be directly monitored online by a speech-language pathologist. The rest of the sessions are completed by the participant. Come to the lab for two post-treatment assessments following completion of treatment. Come to the lab six months after treatment completion for an additional assessment. Individuals with spinal cord injury have heart attacks and strokes more frequently, and much earlier in life. People with spinal cord injuries develop plaque in vessels much faster, and the reasons why are unclear. Doctors generally attributed the increased risk with weight gain and developing diabetes, but many studies have shown that even without these common factors, plaque in vessels is developing more often and faster. Endothelial cells are a single layer of cells that line all vessels in the body and plays an important role in vessel health. Damage to endothelial cells is known to lead to heart attacks and strokes. Past studies on endothelial cells of people with spinal cord injury have been unclear. The investigators have new data that these cells are unhealthy after spinal cord injury a measurement. This includes measuring endothelial health by directly altering its function using a catheter in the arm and measuring small particles in blood called endothelial microvesicles. If the project is successful, the investigators will learn important information on the health of endothelial cells after spinal cord injury. The investigators will also be able to use these markers of endothelial cell function to create treatments to improve vessel health and prevent heart attacks and strokes later in life in people with spinal cord injury. The primary aims of this study are to: (a) use a community-based participatory approach to refine intervention materials and finalize pilot intervention methodology for a culturally tailored, trauma-informed smoking cessation intervention for AI women who have experienced IPV; (b) examine feasibility, acceptability, satisfaction, and preliminary efficacy of the intervention; and (c) explore changes in alcohol and drug use over the course of the intervention. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if adding avocados to the diet of impacts cognition in 70 older adults, age 65-85, without dementia. We will test for change in functional MRI, cognitive performance, and brain blood flow. Intervention group participants will be asked to consume 1 avocado per day for 12 weeks. Participants in the control group will be asked to continue their normal intake for 12 weeks. The investigators hypothesize that the daily consumption of soy isoflavones found in the soy milk will be beneficial in reducing NAFLD and other obesity-related comorbidities.
