To evaluate whether individuals drawn from the intended use population can successfully interpret and follow the IFU for the Mia by XytoTest self-collection device and perform a vaginal sample collection yielding sufficient cellular material for primary hrHPV screening. To assess the clinical performance of Mia self-collected vaginal specimens by evaluating agreement with paired clinician-collected cervical specimens for the detection of high-risk HPV, when both specimen types are analyzed using the cobas HPV Test (Roche Molecular Systems). Residual samples may be used to determine adequacy for additional assays that require vaginal and/or cervical specimens (such as mRNA E6 and E7 Biomarker Test, dual stain cytology).

The SONA FUSION Registry is an observational study designed to evaluate the long-term effectiveness and safety of the Sonablate High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) system. This study focuses on adult men who have been treated for localized prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with urinary symptoms, or a combination of both conditions. The registry collects real-world medical data from multiple clinics globally to better understand how well the HIFU treatment controls disease and affects urinary and sexual function over a 10- to 20-year period. The study includes two groups of participants: a retrospective group of patients who previously received treatment, and a prospective group of newly treated patients receiving standard clinical care. No experimental interventions are assigned for the purpose of this study. To protect participant privacy, all medical data is completely de-identified and stripped of direct identifiers before being securely transferred to the central coordinating center at Indiana University. The ultimate goal of this research is to improve patient care protocols, advance men's health knowledge, and establish evidence-based guidelines for minimally invasive prostate treatments.

Olivia will serve as the primary interface for eConsent and enrollment into the registry. The platform will also help create a retrospective and prospective registry by working with over 1,000 healthcare systems to combine electronic health records (EHR) and Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) in a single spot. There may be sub-studies as an add-on to this parent protocol. The sub-studies will address specific goals of the targeted research activities and will usually include additional information specific to each research study.

This study addresses a critical unmet need in the treatment of bipolar disorder by investigating whether Subcallosal Cingulate (SCC) Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) can safely and effectively treat treatment-resistant bipolar depression without inducing manic switches. The researchers propose to accomplish this by incorporating monitoring of the SCC local field potentials (LFP) for depression tracking and amygdala LFP monitoring for mania prediction while treating Bipolar I patients with SCC DBS Stimulation. This approach could establish a new paradigm for personalized neuromodulation therapy that uses real-time neural monitoring to optimize outcomes while minimizing risks. By incorporating bilateral, dual-site LFP monitoring from both the SCC and amygdala, this research will allow the researchers to assess the therapeutic efficacy of continuous SCC-DBS and develop novel safety biomarkers that could transform the clinical management of DBS therapy in psychiatry. The findings will have immediate implications for clinical practice and will advance the study team's fundamental understanding of the neural circuits underlying mood regulation and dysregulation in bipolar disorder.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn whether the investigational drug LTX-001 is safe and well tolerated in adults with a diagnosis of schizophrenia who are having a recent worsening of their symptoms (an acute exacerbation). Additional questions it aims to answer are: - how does the amount of the study drug in the body change over time (pharmacokinetics) - how does the study drug affect the symptoms of schizophrenia - how do certain markers in the blood change after administration of LTX-001 (pharmacodynamics) Researchers will compare different dose levels of LTX-001 to an inactive product (placebo) to see what differences there are between the two treatments. The purpose of this clinical study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called ritlecitinib) for the potential treatment of moderate alopecia areata (AA). This study is seeking participants who are - 12 years or older (if permitted by the local IRB/EC and local regulatory health authority) - have AA with patchy hair loss. The current episode of hair loss has lasted for 6 months or longer but 10 years or less - do not have any other diseases or conditions affecting hair loss. Participants will have a 2 in 3 chance of receiving ritlecitinib 50 mg and a 1 in 3 chance of receiving placebo. The placebo looks like the study medicine but does not contain any active ingredients. Participants will not know what you have been assigned to receive. They will take ritlecitinib or placebo once daily by mouth at home for 24 weeks (6 months). After 24 weeks, the assigned treatment may stay the same or be changed to ritlecitinib 50 mg or 100 mg. This change will depend on how participants' alopecia areata responds to the treatment. Participants will receive the newly assigned treatment for another 23 weeks. About 4 weeks after the last dose, there will be a follow-up visit. At this visit, the team will check on your health. Participants will take part in this study for about 57 weeks. During this time, they will have study visits at the study clinic. Some study checks will be done by phone. We will compare the experiences of people receiving ritlecitinib to those of people who do not. This will help us determine if ritlecitinib is safe and effective.
