The purpose of this study is to explore a new way to examine the function of the muscles using a technique called high-resolution manometry. The study will enroll 30 adults with OSA, all of whom will use the myofunctional therapy (MFT) devices for 3 months. High-resolution manometry will be used to measure the amount of pressure generated by the muscles of the throat when drinking water or breathing air, both with and without the MFT devices, and before and after the MFT intervention. If successful, this method can help us understand why sleep improves after MFT.

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if DOC1021 + pIFN will be safe and will lead to tumor responses in patients with refractory melanoma. DOC1021 is a dendritic cell immunotherapy derived from a patient's own blood cells and loaded with antigens from the patient's tumor in the form of tumor lysate and mRNA. The goal is to stimulate a T cell immune response that eliminates tumor cells. The study consists of two components: an initial phase I safety study to confirm safety/tolerability of the treatment regimen, and, subsequently, a single-arm phase II cohort to assess efficacy of the treatment regimen. All participants will: - Take filgrastim subcutaneously x 5 doses and subsequently undergo a leukapheresis collection - Receive two doses of DOC1021 under image guidance 2 weeks apart - Receive subcutaneous pIFN injections weekly for a total of 4 doses in parallel with the DOC1021 injections - Undergo an optional image-guided perinodal DOC1021 booster injection approximately 6 months after the first DOC1021 dose along with additional subcutaneous pIFN injections at time of the booster and the subsequent week for a total of 2 pIFN doses - Visit the clinic regularly to assess quality of life, symptoms, medication use, imaging, bloodwork, and to receive optional treatment with anti-PD1 agents

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1). The usual (standard) treatment for HIV-1 is antiretroviral therapy (ART), which includes taking medicines to lower the amount of HIV-1 in the body. Standard ART helps people live longer, but people must take up to 3 medicines up to twice a day. Standard ART may also cause other health problems. Researchers want to know if a study ART works as well as a standard ART to treat HIV-1. The study ART combines 2 medicines, islatravir and ulonivirine, and is taken once a week. The goals of this study are to learn: 1) If the study ART works as well as a standard ART to treat HIV-1, and 2) About the safety of the study ART and if people tolerate it compared to a standard ART.

A ventral hernia happens when the muscles in the front of your belly become weak and let organs push through, causing a bulge. If it gets worse, intestines can slip into the bulge, leading to serious pain and health problems. This study aims to asses if AGN-151607-DP is safe and effective for closing the belly wall after open ventral hernia surgery, without needing a complex procedure. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. AGN-151607-DP is an investigational drug being developed to treat ventral hernia. Participants will be randomly placed in treatment groups to receive either AGN151607-DP or matching placebo. Approximately 200 adult participants with midline ventral hernia needing open surgical repair will be enrolled in approximately 30 sites in the United States. Participants will receive intramuscular injections of AGN-161607-DP or matching placebo on Day 1. Duration of the study is approximately 25 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular weekly visits during the study at a hospital or clinic.
