The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a single dose of the study drug, JST-018, is safe and tolerable when administered by injection into the arm or thigh muscle of healthy men and women aged 18 to 55. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Is a single administration of JST-018 safe? - What is the concentration of the JST-018 in the blood over time? - Do antibodies to JST-018 develop following a dose of JST-018? Researchers will compare JST-018 to Placebo to see if there are any differences in the safety and tolerability of a single dose at different dose levels. Participants will be confined to the clinic for the first 3 days. They will receive an injection on the second day, and then return for 9 more visits over the period of 1 year for: - Physical exam with vital signs - Electro-cardiogram (ECG) - Bood collection for clinical labs and research samples - Urine sample - Assessment of potential adverse effects and medications taken Type: Interventional Start Date: Jun 2026 |

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of the body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside the bones) that affects white blood cells that helps to fight infections and also prevents normal blood cell production. This study will assess the adverse events and changes in the disease activity when Pivekimab Sunirine (PVEK) is given in combination with Venetoclax (VEN) and Azacitidene (AZA) in adult participants with AML ineligible to receive intensive chemotherapy. Pivekimab sunirine is a drug being evaluated in the treatment of AML.This is a Phase 2/Phase 3, study of PVEK. Phase 2 is open-label and randomized. Phase 3 is double-blind, randomized. Phase 2 and Phase 3 studies test potential new treatments in patients with a condition or disease. Open-label means that both patients and study doctors know which study treatment is given to patients in Phase 2 of the study. Double-blind means that neither the patients nor the study doctors know who is given which study treatment in Phase 3 of the study. Approximately 660 adult participants will be enrolled in 180 sites worldwide. In Phase 2 of the study, patients will be randomized to receive PVEK + VEN + AZA or standard of care treatment with VEN + AZA. In Phase 3, patients will be randomized to receive PVEK + VEN + AZA or a matching-placebo for PVEK plus VEN + AZA. PVEK is given as an infusion into the vein, AZA is given as an injection under your skin (subcutaneous) or as an infusion into the vein (intravenous) (depending on country where patient enrolls), and VEN is a tablet given by mouth. The total study duration is approximately 71 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, and checking for side effects. This Phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries around the world with up to about 688 participants. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well Rina-S works against ovarian cancer in combination with or without bevacizumab and how it compares to an investigator's choice of platinum-based chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab. Participants will receive either: - Rina-S monotherapy (by itself), - Rina-S plus bevacizumab, - investigator's choice chemotherapy (by itself) (standard of care), or - investigator's choice chemotherapy plus bevacizumab (standard of care). No participants will be given placebo. Participants will participate in 1 of 2 arms. The treatment duration will be different for every participant. If a participant's cancer stays the same or gets better, and there are not any serious problems, participants can keep getting study treatment for as long as the study is open. Participants will be asked to attend 1 to 3 visits at the study clinic for each cycle (duration of cycle is 3 or 4 weeks, depending on medication received). During visits, there will be various tests (such as blood draws) and procedures (such as recording of heart activity and imaging) to monitor whether the study treatment is safe and effective. The overall study duration (including screening, treatment, and follow-up) will be different for every participant. Type: Interventional Start Date: Aug 2026 |

The purpose of this study is to better understand how electrical or magnetic stimulation affect the nervous system by optimizing the way researchers measure muscle responses. The relationship between stimulation intensity and muscle response is described by "neural recruitment curves," which are critical for monitoring the state of the nervous system during therapies like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and spinal cord stimulation (SCS). This study tests a new, real-time computational approach based on our previously developed methods (Hierarchical Bayesian models) to estimate these recruitment curves more efficiently. The primary goal is to use this model to dynamically guide the experiment, automatically selecting the optimal stimulation intensities to test. The investigators hypothesize that this optimized approach will accurately estimate the entire recruitment curve, or specific targets components of it like the motor threshold, using significantly fewer samples than standard methods. By reducing the number of measurements required, this approach aims to decrease experimental time and minimize participant burden, making future TMS and SCS therapies and experiments more feasible and efficient. People who have a cancer called MPNST, or Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor, may be eligible for this study. The purpose of this study is to see if a new medicine called BMS-986504 may work better than other available medicines for people with MPNST. Methylthioadenosine Phosphorylase (MTAP) loss is a gene mutation that some people have. MTAP loss seems to increase the chance that BMS-986504 can kill MPNST cancer cells. People who are missing MTAP from their tumor may be able to enroll in this study. Treating MPNST based on MTAP loss is considered experimental and is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for determining whether BMS-98650 will be active against cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of BMS-986504 in participants with MPNST. Type: Interventional Start Date: Aug 2026 |

This study is open to adults with advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out if a study medicine called obrixtamig plus standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) improves survival when compared to standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) alone. Obrixtamig is an antibody-like molecule that may help the immune system fight cancer. Another purpose of the study is to test a medical device being developed to measure levels of the tumour marker delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3). Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group (treatment arm) receives obrixtamig and standard chemotherapy followed by obrixtamig alone for up to 3 years. The other group (control arm) receives standard chemotherapy without obrixtamig for about 4 months. All treatments are given as infusions into a vein. During the study, participants in both groups visit the study site regularly. Participants in the treatment arm stay overnight at the study site following the first 2 obrixtamig treatments. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. At some of the visits, doctors check the size of the tumour(s). The results are compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works. Type: Interventional Start Date: Jul 2026 |
