The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if DOC1021 + pIFN will be safe and will lead to tumor responses in patients with refractory melanoma. DOC1021 is a dendritic cell immunotherapy derived from a patient's own blood cells and loaded with antigens from the patient's tumor in the form of tumor lysate and mRNA. The goal is to stimulate a T cell immune response that eliminates tumor cells. The study consists of two components: an initial phase I safety study to confirm safety/tolerability of the treatment regimen, and, subsequently, a single-arm phase II cohort to assess efficacy of the treatment regimen. All participants will: - Undergo a leukapheresis collection (take filgrastim subcutaneously x 5 doses, if clinically necessary, leading up to collection) - Receive two doses of DOC1021 under image guidance 2 weeks apart - Receive subcutaneous pIFN injections weekly for a total of 4 doses in parallel with the DOC1021 injections - Undergo an optional image-guided perinodal DOC1021 booster injection approximately 6 months after the first DOC1021 dose along with additional subcutaneous pIFN injections at time of the booster and the subsequent week for a total of 2 pIFN doses - Visit the clinic regularly to assess quality of life, symptoms, medication use, imaging, bloodwork, and to receive optional treatment with anti-PD1 agents Type: Interventional Start Date: Apr 2026 |

Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is a major chronic health condition which increases risk of coronary artery disease, frailty, cognitive decline, and mortality. Additionally, hypertension is a major comorbidity for individuals with T2D, further increasing the risk of adverse cardiovascular outcomes. The prevalence of both conditions increases with advancing age. There is an urgent need to identify new approaches to prevent the development of T2D and improve cardiometabolic health in older adults 50-70 years of age. Whole white potatoes are an unprocessed food rich in essential nutrients often under-consumed by Americans, including potassium, fiber, magnesium, vitamins C and B6, and phytochemicals. Each of these nutrients individually are associated with cardiometabolic health benefits. Potatoes account for a significant amount of the intake of these nutrients in the US diet and are well-positioned to be a foundational element of a healthy dietary pattern. However, there are few interventional studies evaluating the effect of potatoes on cardiometabolic health, and the evidence from observational studies is mixed, leaving a significant gap in knowledge regarding the potential for potatoes to be included in healthy dietary patterns. The results of our proposed study will provide foundational data that inform future dietary guidelines regarding the inclusion of white potatoes as part of a healthy US dietary pattern. This research study is for people who have relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) that has not responded to two or more lines of therapy. The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended dose of allogeneic NK cells in combination with IL-2, Tafasitamab and Rituximab for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. NK cells are an investigational (experimental) treatment which means they are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). NK cells are a type of lymphocyte that's part of the body's natural immune system, and they can kill cancer cells by creating pores in the cancer cell membranes and inducing apoptosis (programmed cell death). Participants in this study will receive lymphodepleting chemotherapy, as well as Allogeneic NK cells, Tafasitamab and Interleukin-2 (IL-2) by an intravenous (IV) infusion. Participants are expected to complete one cycle, and they may be eligible to complete a second cycle of the same regiment if they have stable disease, partial or complete remission at the end of the first cycle. This Phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries around the world with up to about 544 participants. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well Rina-S works against ovarian cancer in combination with available standard of care therapy that is already approved and used for ovarian cancer. Participants will receive either Rina-S monotherapy (by itself), Rina-S plus bevacizumab, bevacizumab (standard of care) by itself, or no treatment (only monitoring, also standard of care). No participants will be given placebo. Participants will participate in 1 of 2 arms. The treatment duration will be different for every participant. If a participant's cancer stays the same or gets better, and there are not any serious problems, participants can keep getting study treatment for as long as the study is open. Participants will be asked to attend 1 to 3 visits at the study clinic for each cycle (duration of cycle is 3 weeks). During visits, there will be various tests (such as blood draws) and procedures (such as recording of heart activity and imaging) to monitor whether the study treatment is safe and effective. The study consists of xenotransplantation followed by a 24-week Post-transplant Follow-up Period (Part A) to evaluate the efficacy and safety objectives followed by a Long-term Follow-up Period (Part B) to evaluate participant survival, GGTA1 KO Thymokidney survival, and screening for zoonotic infections. Some standard (usual) treatments for PAH can treat symptoms of PAH but do not stop PAH from getting worse. Sotatercept is a study medicine designed to treat PAH. It is a targeted therapy, which is a treatment that works on certain proteins that play a role in causing PAH. This is a long-term follow-up (LTFU) study. People who took part in certain other studies testing sotatercept for PAH may be able to join this study.
