The Headache, Ear, Auditory, Dizziness, Sinus (HEADS) Registry is a study over time of individuals living in the United States who experience sinus, vestibular, auditory, and headache symptoms. Through an online portal, participants are asked questions about their symptoms, how they have affected their lives, and how effectively they have managed them. This information is then used to better understand these symptoms and to improve patient diagnosis and treatment. Some potential research benefits of the HEADS Registry include: - Improving healthcare professionals' understanding of the causes of specific head and neck symptoms. - Reducing delays in diagnosis and the use of inappropriate tests, medications, and surgeries. - Finding the most effective treatments for sinus, vestibular, and auditory disorders. - Providing participants the opportunity to be contacted for additional important research related to sinus, vestibular, and auditory disorders. All U.S. residents over the age of majority who experience sinus, vestibular, and auditory symptoms, with or without migraine, are eligible to participate. This is a 12-week, hybrid, single-arm clinical trial designed to evaluate the effects of an omega-3-containing supplement (Omega Active) on DHA and EPA levels in the blood. Forty participants will take two capsules of the test product daily and complete study-specific questionnaires at Baseline, Week 4, Week 8, and Week 12, while also attending their local Quest Diagnostics Center at Baseline and Week 12 for blood biomarker testing. The study will also assess participants' perceptions of the effects of the test product on cognitive performance, gastrointestinal symptoms, and overall health through self-reported questionnaires. This study examines the feasibility and acceptability of a brief medication collaboration intervention among older adults (age 60+) with early-stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment who take multiple medications and their family caregivers. The main aims are to: 1) determine the feasibility and acceptability of the intervention for older adults with early-stage dementia and their family caregivers, and 2) explore the effects of intervention on medication collaboration, medication adherence, and beliefs about dementia and autonomy. In this study, participants will: 1) complete a 15-30-minute baseline interview (by Zoom or phone), 2) participate together in a 45-60-minute virtual intervention led by an interventionist that includes: Assessment of medication responsibilities and beliefs. Education about dementia and medication management. Cognitive restructuring to address beliefs about independence and caregiver assistance. Collaborative planning for medication responsibilities and routines; and lastly 3) complete a 15-20-minute one-month follow-up interview (by Zoom or phone) to assess the intervention's acceptability and changes in medication management outcomes. This study is seeking participants who: - are medically stable - have not had a recent COVID-19 infection - have not had a recent vaccination - do not have medical conditions that increase their risk of complications from COVID-19 All participants in this study will randomly receive 1 injection into their arm of either: - BNT162b2 vaccine which targets COVID-19 and is selected for the 2026-2027 COVID-19 season, or - Tdap vaccine which targets tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). The study team and participants will not know which injection they receive. We will evaluate safety and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein levels in people receiving each of these vaccines. The purpose of this research study is to examine the effects of a 3-month personalized community-based walking program using a digital music-based device designed for self-directed gait training in people with Parkinson disease (PD). The study uses music cues delivered through this digital device to improve walking outcomes. The investigators want to know if personalized music cueing through the digital device can improve walking quality, walking ability, daily walking amount and intensity, and quality of life, while helping walking feel more automatic and require less mental effort. Participants will take part in this research study for approximately 18 weeks in total. During this time, participants will complete 4 study visits at designated research centers at Boston University, Washington University in St. Louis, or the University of Utah, depending on the site of enrollment. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) are a class of medications that are now standard in the treatment of melanoma. These are standard therapy for melanoma, but long-term side effects on disease in the heart arteries is poorly understood. In this study, melanoma patients receiving ICIs for the first time will undergo a coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) scan. CCTA results will be analyzed by the FDA-approved Cleerly TM image analysis pipeline. Patients with disease in their heart arteries will be randomized to usual care or aggressive lipid lowering therapy. Those in the aggressive lipid lowering therapy arm will be seen by a cardiologist and placed on standard lipid lowering medications with a goal of achieving an LDL-C ≤ 55mg/dL. Follow-up CCTA scans will occur at 12-month and 24-month timepoints. The primary outcome of interest will be differences in LDL-C levels between the two arms at the 12-month timepoint. This clinical trial studies whether a navigation program improves survivorship support service participation among survivors of breast cancer that has not spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (non-metastatic). Advances in treatment have caused the number of breast cancer survivors to grow. As this number increases, there are reported unmet supportive care needs in this population, including psychological distress and limitations in physical functioning. To address these needs, many cancer centers offer programming on a variety of topics including psychological services, exercise counseling, and nutrition counseling. Research has shown that while interest in these survivorship programs is high, participation remains low, especially among minority women. Navigation is a healthcare service that is designed to guide a patient through the healthcare system and reduce barriers to timely screening, follow-up, diagnosis, treatment, and supportive care. The navigation program in this trial is specifically focused on helping breast cancer survivors schedule and attend survivorship consultation appointments as well as providing additional support to underserved/vulnerable patients.
