This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Health App Recommendation Tool (HART), an evidence-based tool that evaluates app features and matches them to the needs, abilities, and preferences of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) or their caregivers. This novel tool is not an app in and of itself, but rather an assessment tool used to determine how well suited a given app is for a member of the ADRD or caregiver population. Specifically, the objective of this research is to assess the acceptability of the current HART design among target end-users in their individual contexts. The overarching goal of this project is to connect those in the ADRD community with available, usable, and effective digital tools to promote the highest possible level of health and wellness in community settings. To achieve this goal, the study will recruit 15 family caregivers living with their loved ones with ADRD, who will trial HART and provide feedback. Participation will include two data collection sessions (pre-intervention and post-intervention) within a four-week trial period. This study aims to find the right dosage and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the drug IPN60300 in adults with advanced solid tumours, which are cancers that have spread to other parts of the body from their original location. All participants will receive the drug by injection. Study Phases: - Phase Ia: Participants with certain types of tumours will be treated in cohorts of increasingly higher doses of the drug to determine the safe and effective dose range (a high and a low dose). - Phase Ib: Participants with a specific tumour type will receive one of the two doses identified in phase Ia. The dose level will be assigned randomly (by chance). Study Periods: Screening: Up to 28 days before first IPN60300 injection to determine eligibility. Treatment: Starts with the first dose of IPN60300 and continues until it needs to be stopped due to harmful effects, the disease getting worse, or if the participant decides to stop taking part in the study, the investigator's decision to stop treatment, death or the study is terminated early by the sponsor. The Plasma Resuscitation Early for Evaluating Volume and Endotheliopathy of Thermal Injury (PREEVEnT) trial will be a 5-year (3-year enrollment), open label, phase-3, multi-center, early in-hospital phase randomized trial utilizing burn centers from within the LITES network and will enroll approximately 750 injured adult patients who have suffered large 2nd or 3rd degree thermal burns on at least 20% of their body surface requiring burn resuscitation. The objective is to determine if initiating plasma resuscitation as soon as possible upon arrival to an emergency department or burn unit is the most effective resuscitation for those who have experienced large thermal burns and significantly reduces the morbidity and mortality attributable to post-injury complications as compared to standard in-hospital resuscitation practice. A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine PF-08052667 in People With Bladder Cancer

The purpose of this study is to learn how a new medicine called PF-08052667 works when

The purpose of this study is to learn how a new medicine called PF-08052667 works when used by itself or together with another medicine called Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG), and/or a medicine called sasanlimab. This study is for adults who have a type of bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle layer of the bladder but is more likely to come back or grow. It includes people whose cancer has come back or hasn't gone away after receiving standard treatments like BCG. It may also include people who, based on their doctor's opinion, cannot receive standard treatments or those treatments are not available to them. The study has three parts: - Part 1 (monotherapy dose escalation) will test PF-08052667 as a single-agent at increasing dose levels in participants with certain bladder cancer whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. - Part 2 (combination dose escalation) will test PF-08052667 in combination with BCG and/or sasanlimab (fixed dose) in participants with certain bladder cancer whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. - Part 3 (dose optimization and expansion) will further test PF-08052667 as a single agent or in combination with BCG and/or sasanlimab, at the dose(s) based on findings from Part 1 and Part 2 in participants with certain bladder cancer including those who has never received standard treatments. All participants will receive the study drug PF-08052667. Only participants in Part 2 and Part 3 of the study will also receive BCG and/or sasanlimab. PF-08052667 will be given as an intravesical infusion, which means it will be injected directly into the bladder. Sasanlimab will be given as a subcutaneous injection, which means it will be injected under the skin. For all parts, treatment with study medicines will continue until either a participant has decided to stop taking part in the study or is asked to leave the study for various reasons or up to about 2 years, whichever occurs first. Duration of trial participation for each participant will vary as long-term follow-up will continue after treatment discontinuation until loss to-follow-up or death, or until the study is stopped by the sponsor. with pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis is a condition where lung tissue becomes
scarred, making it harder to breathe. People can join if a lung scan shows early changes

This study is open to people aged 40 years or older who have at least 1 family member with pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis is a condition where lung tissue becomes scarred, making it harder to breathe. People can join if a lung scan shows early changes in the lung, called interstitial lung abnormalities, which may lead to lung scarring. People with family members who have pulmonary fibrosis are more likely to develop it themselves. That is why it is important to check early for lung changes and find ways to prevent the condition from getting worse. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called nerandomilast can help slow down changes in the lung in people with a family history of pulmonary fibrosis. Participants are put into one of 2 groups randomly, which means the group is chosen by chance. One group takes nerandomilast tablets, and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like nerandomilast tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet twice a day for about 2 to 3 years. There is a 3 out of 5 chance that participants will receive nerandomilast instead of the placebo. Participants are in the study for about 2 to 3 years. Participants visit the study site multiple times: more frequently during the first 2 years (about every 3 months), and then every 6 months thereafter. In the 3rd year, participants also have phone calls with the site staff every 3 months. Doctors regularly test lung function and take chest scans to see if the treatment works. The results are compared between the 2 groups to see if nerandomilast helps. The doctors also check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity of telisotuzumab adizutecan. Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors that harbor MET amplification. This study will have 1 arm where participants will receive telisotuzumab adizutecan. Approximately 100 participants 12 years of age or older. with solid tumors harboring MET amplification will be enrolled in the study in up to 50 sites around the world. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) telisotuzumab adizutecan, as part of the 61.5 month study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This research study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a novel immunotherapy, Fast TIL, an Adoptive Cellular Therapeutic (ACT), to fight cancer that has spread to the pleura or pleural mesothelioma. The ACT product is created at AHN West Penn using the participant's pleural infiltrating T-cells (PIT). It is administered through a pleural catheter along with the drug Interleukin-2 (IL-2). Based on previous research it is believed that it may help fight the tumor and relieve symptoms. As a participant, their pleural fluid will be collected and the PIT cells will be isolated and expanded in the lab to create the ACT product. Before receiving the ACT product through their pleural catheter, they will undergo outpatient lymphodepleting chemotherapy. LDC is a standard procedure for many approved immunotherapy treatments Following the infusion, they'll receive IL-2 through the catheter for two days to stimulate the expanded PIT cells. The active treatment phase lasts about three weeks, with follow-up visits over five years at AHN West Penn Hospital, potentially requiring a hospital stay of up to six days. Blood samples will be taken to monitor their response. As this is a first-in-human study, treatment carries an unknown risk up to and including death from toxicity. Estrogen can cause the growth of breast cancer cells. Imlunestrant lowers the amount of estrogen made by the body. This may help stop the growth of tumor cells that need estrogen to grow. Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn how a specific type of brain stimulation affects alcohol-related decision-making and self-control in adults who drink alcohol. The main questions the study aims to answer are: - Does brain stimulation change how people behave after drinking alcohol? - Does the combination of alcohol and different types of brain stimulation affect people's ability to make thoughtful decisions or resist impulses? Researchers will compare the effects of two types of brain stimulation, intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) and continuous theta burst stimulation (cTBS), after people drink alcohol or a placebo drink. A sham (placebo) stimulation condition will also be included. The study uses a within-person design, which means each participant will take part in all conditions. Participants will: - Attend five separate study visits - Drink either an alcoholic or placebo beverage - Receive one of the brain stimulation conditions (real or sham) - Complete decision-making tasks before and after drinking The tasks will measure things like impulsive choices and reaction time. The researchers hope this study will help identify how brain stimulation could be used to improve decision-making during intoxication, which might one day reduce harmful drinking behaviors or prevent alcohol-related accidents. This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 maintenance study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of duvakitug in participants with moderately to severely active Ulcerative Colitis (UC). Study details include: The study duration may be up to 286 weeks including: - 40-week Pivotal Maintenance Sub-Study - 240-week Open-Label Extension (OLE) Sub-Study - 45-day Follow-up Visit Note: For the participants who do not enroll into OLE Sub-Study, the duration will be up to 46 weeks, including the 40-week maintenance period and a 45-day follow-up visit. The treatment duration may be up to 280 weeks including: - 40 weeks in Pivotal Maintenance Sub-Study - 240 weeks in OLE Sub-Study The total number of on-site visit will be up to 32: - 21 visits in the Pivotal Maintenance Sub-Study. - 11 visits in the OLE Sub-Study.
