The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well Rina-S works against ovarian cancer in combination with or without bevacizumab and how it compares to an investigator's choice of platinum-based chemotherapy with or without bevacizumab. Participants will receive either: - Rina-S monotherapy (by itself), - Rina-S plus bevacizumab, - investigator's choice chemotherapy (by itself) (standard of care), or - investigator's choice chemotherapy plus bevacizumab (standard of care). No participants will be given placebo. Participants will participate in 1 of 2 arms. The treatment duration will be different for every participant. If a participant's cancer stays the same or gets better, and there are not any serious problems, participants can keep getting study treatment for as long as the study is open. Participants will be asked to attend 1 to 3 visits at the study clinic for each cycle (duration of cycle is 3 or 4 weeks, depending on medication received). During visits, there will be various tests (such as blood draws) and procedures (such as recording of heart activity and imaging) to monitor whether the study treatment is safe and effective. The overall study duration (including screening, treatment, and follow-up) will be different for every participant.

The purpose of this study is to better understand how electrical or magnetic stimulation affect the nervous system by optimizing the way researchers measure muscle responses. The relationship between stimulation intensity and muscle response is described by "neural recruitment curves," which are critical for monitoring the state of the nervous system during therapies like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and spinal cord stimulation (SCS). This study tests a new, real-time computational approach based on our previously developed methods (Hierarchical Bayesian models) to estimate these recruitment curves more efficiently. The primary goal is to use this model to dynamically guide the experiment, automatically selecting the optimal stimulation intensities to test. The investigators hypothesize that this optimized approach will accurately estimate the entire recruitment curve, or specific targets components of it like the motor threshold, using significantly fewer samples than standard methods. By reducing the number of measurements required, this approach aims to decrease experimental time and minimize participant burden, making future TMS and SCS therapies and experiments more feasible and efficient.

The central hypothesis to be tested is that patients with obesity and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) prescribed tirzepatide will demonstrate reductions in measured plasma volume. In conjunction with state-of-the-art body composition analysis and measures of adipokines, this will establish an important mechanism of clinical benefit and inform disease pathophysiology. To accomplish this, this study will perform a 15-month prospective cohort study in 50 patients with obesity and HFpEF who clinically qualify for treatment with tirzepatide. The investigators will serially measure plasma volume and body composition with quantitative magnetic resonance to determine changes over time with tirzepatide treatment.

Many caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias-especially those in immigrant communities who don't speak English well-don't get access to helpful, proven support programs. To address this, the investigative team adapted an existing caregiver support program (called the Savvy Caregiver Program) to better fit target group's culture and language. This new version, called K-Savvy, is a 6-week online program taught in Korean. In an earlier small study, K-Savvy worked well: caregivers found it helpful, were willing to use it, and showed fewer symptoms of depression. Now, the investigative team wants to study it more carefully to see how well it really works and why. The study has two main goals: Goal 1: The investigative team will measure whether K-Savvy improves caregivers' well-being-specifically whether it reduces stress and depression and helps them feel more positive about caregiving. The investigative team will also look at why it works, focusing on whether it changes how caregivers think about their situation (for example, feeling less overwhelmed and more confident). Goal 2: The investigative team will talk directly with caregivers and program instructors to understand their experiences with K-Savvy. This will help the investigative team learn what worked well, what didn't, and why.

People who have a cancer called MPNST, or Malignant Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumor, may be eligible for this study. The purpose of this study is to see if a new medicine called BMS-986504 may work better than other available medicines for people with MPNST. This study is open to adults with advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine cancer. The purpose of this study is to find out if a study medicine called obrixtamig plus standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) improves survival when compared to standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and etoposide) alone. Obrixtamig is an antibody-like molecule that may help the immune system fight cancer. Another purpose of the study is to test a medical device being developed to measure levels of the tumour marker delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3). Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. One group (treatment arm) receives obrixtamig and standard chemotherapy followed by obrixtamig alone for up to 3 years. The other group (control arm) receives standard chemotherapy without obrixtamig for about 4 months. All treatments are given as infusions into a vein. During the study, participants in both groups visit the study site regularly. Participants in the treatment arm stay overnight at the study site following the first 2 obrixtamig treatments. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. At some of the visits, doctors check the size of the tumour(s). The results are compared between the 2 groups to see whether the treatment works.
