The goal of this experimental study is to examine the complex and multifaceted influence of peers on alcohol-involved sexual violence perpetration (ASVP) in U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) men. The specific aims are: Aim 1: Use ecological momentary assessment (EMA) to examine event-level effects of one's own alcohol use, peer alcohol use, and injunctive norms on ASVP intentions among dyads of Marine men who drink together (n=160 dyads; 320 total participants). Aim 2: Examine the individual and peer effects on ASVP behavior in an experimental paradigm with a gender x confederate (potential victim) intoxication status design. In-the-moment dyad-peer verbalized encouragement for ASVP ("go cues") will be assessed by qualitatively coding verbalizations during the interaction. Aim 3: Examine modifiable risk factors on ASVP intentions in vivo (Aim 1; EMA) and ASVP behavior in vitro (Aim 2; experiment) settings. Participants will complete: 1) an individual orientation session with informed consent, baseline assessment, and EMA demo; 2) 14 days of EMA completed individually; and 3) a dyadic session to complete an experimental paradigm via videoconferencing. Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is a major chronic health condition which increases risk of coronary artery disease, frailty, cognitive decline, and mortality. Additionally, hypertension is a major comorbidity for individuals with T2D, further increasing the risk of adverse cardiovascular outcomes. The prevalence of both conditions increases with advancing age. There is an urgent need to identify new approaches to prevent the development of T2D and improve cardiometabolic health in older adults 50-70 years of age. Whole white potatoes are an unprocessed food rich in essential nutrients often under-consumed by Americans, including potassium, fiber, magnesium, vitamins C and B6, and phytochemicals. Each of these nutrients individually are associated with cardiometabolic health benefits. Potatoes account for a significant amount of the intake of these nutrients in the US diet and are well-positioned to be a foundational element of a healthy dietary pattern. However, there are few interventional studies evaluating the effect of potatoes on cardiometabolic health, and the evidence from observational studies is mixed, leaving a significant gap in knowledge regarding the potential for potatoes to be included in healthy dietary patterns. The results of our proposed study will provide foundational data that inform future dietary guidelines regarding the inclusion of white potatoes as part of a healthy US dietary pattern. This research study is for people who have relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) that has not responded to two or more lines of therapy. The purpose of this study is to identify the recommended dose of allogeneic NK cells in combination with IL-2, Tafasitamab and Rituximab for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. NK cells are an investigational (experimental) treatment which means they are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). NK cells are a type of lymphocyte that's part of the body's natural immune system, and they can kill cancer cells by creating pores in the cancer cell membranes and inducing apoptosis (programmed cell death). Participants in this study will receive lymphodepleting chemotherapy, as well as Allogeneic NK cells, Tafasitamab and Interleukin-2 (IL-2) by an intravenous (IV) infusion. Participants are expected to complete one cycle, and they may be eligible to complete a second cycle of the same regiment if they have stable disease, partial or complete remission at the end of the first cycle. This Phase 3 study will be conducted in different countries around the world with up to about 544 participants. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well Rina-S works against ovarian cancer in combination with available standard of care therapy that is already approved and used for ovarian cancer. Participants will receive either Rina-S monotherapy (by itself), Rina-S plus bevacizumab, bevacizumab (standard of care) by itself, or no treatment (only monitoring, also standard of care). No participants will be given placebo. Participants will participate in 1 of 2 arms. The treatment duration will be different for every participant. If a participant's cancer stays the same or gets better, and there are not any serious problems, participants can keep getting study treatment for as long as the study is open. Participants will be asked to attend 1 to 3 visits at the study clinic for each cycle (duration of cycle is 3 weeks). During visits, there will be various tests (such as blood draws) and procedures (such as recording of heart activity and imaging) to monitor whether the study treatment is safe and effective. This causes high blood pressure in the lungs and overworks the heart. PAH can make it hard to breathe and be active. Some standard (usual) treatments for PAH can treat symptoms of PAH but do not stop PAH from getting worse. Sotatercept is a study medicine designed to treat PAH. It is a targeted therapy, which is a treatment that works on certain proteins that play a role in causing PAH. This is a long-term follow-up (LTFU) study. People who took part in certain other studies testing sotatercept for PAH may be able to join this study. The investigators propose a single-arm, open-label study to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, tolerability and feasibility of at-home transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) as a treatment for depression, particularly in cases where patients have not responded well to traditional therapies. Treatment will be delivered over a 2-week period with daily weekday treatments i.e., five tDCS sessions, each lasting 20 minutes, spaced by approximately 20-minute inter-session intervals, for a total of three hours a day. Participants will self-administer treatment at home under direct remote supervision. Pre- and post- treatment neurophysiological biomarkers sessions will also be carried out. The study aims to examine changes in mood, brain activity, and related clinical outcomes before, during, and after treatment, with the goal to provide more information that can be used for future studies. A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine PF-08052667 in People With Bladder Cancer

The purpose of this study is to learn how a new medicine called PF-08052667 works when used by itself or together with another medicine called Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG), and/or a medicine called sasanlimab. This study is for adults who have a type of bladder cancer that hasn't spread into the muscle layer of the bladder but is more likely to come back or grow. It includes people whose cancer has come back or hasn't gone away after receiving standard treatments like BCG. It may also include people who, based on their doctor's opinion, cannot receive standard treatments or those treatments are not available to them. The study has three parts: - Part 1 (monotherapy dose escalation) will test PF-08052667 as a single-agent at increasing dose levels in participants with certain bladder cancer whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. - Part 2 (combination dose escalation) will test PF-08052667 in combination with BCG and/or sasanlimab (fixed dose) in participants with certain bladder cancer whose disease has worsened on or after standard treatments. - Part 3 (dose optimization and expansion) will further test PF-08052667 as a single agent or in combination with BCG and/or sasanlimab, at the dose(s) based on findings from Part 1 and Part 2 in participants with certain bladder cancer including those who has never received standard treatments. All participants will receive the study drug PF-08052667. Only participants in Part 2 and Part 3 of the study will also receive BCG and/or sasanlimab. PF-08052667 will be given as an intravesical infusion, which means it will be injected directly into the bladder. Sasanlimab will be given as a subcutaneous injection, which means it will be injected under the skin. For all parts, treatment with study medicines will continue until either a participant has decided to stop taking part in the study or is asked to leave the study for various reasons or up to about 2 years, whichever occurs first. Duration of trial participation for each participant will vary as long-term follow-up will continue after treatment discontinuation until loss to-follow-up or death, or until the study is stopped by the sponsor. EYE-RES-104 is a randomized, dose-masked study of intravitreal EYE103 in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (NVAMD) or macular edema following branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO). The study will consist of 4 patient cohorts, with participants in each cohort randomized (1:1) to either a low dose of EYE103 via IVT or a high dose of EYE103 via IVT. 40 participants will be enrolled in each cohort. Enrollment timing for each cohort will be sequenced into specific arms of the study at the Sponsor's discretion. All participants in the study will receive a total of 3 injections of EYE103 into the study eye, spaced at 4 weeks apart. The GZPS master protocol will support two independent studies, J2A-MC-GZS1 and J2A-MC-GZS2. Each study will see how well and safely orforglipron works in adult female participants with stress urinary incontinence (SUI) who have obesity or overweight. SUI is leaking urine during movement or activity such as coughing or exercising. Participation in the study will last about 58 weeks from screening to safety follow-up. with pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis is a condition where lung tissue becomes

This study is open to people aged 40 years or older who have at least 1 family member with pulmonary fibrosis. Pulmonary fibrosis is a condition where lung tissue becomes scarred, making it harder to breathe. People can join if a lung scan shows early changes in the lung, called interstitial lung abnormalities, which may lead to lung scarring. People with family members who have pulmonary fibrosis are more likely to develop it themselves. That is why it is important to check early for lung changes and find ways to prevent the condition from getting worse. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called nerandomilast can help slow down changes in the lung in people with a family history of pulmonary fibrosis. Participants are put into one of 2 groups randomly, which means the group is chosen by chance. One group takes nerandomilast tablets, and the other group takes placebo tablets. Placebo tablets look like nerandomilast tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take a tablet twice a day for about 2 to 3 years. There is a 3 out of 5 chance that participants will receive nerandomilast instead of the placebo. Participants are in the study for about 2 to 3 years. Participants visit the study site multiple times: more frequently during the first 2 years (about every 3 months), and then every 6 months thereafter. In the 3rd year, participants also have phone calls with the site staff every 3 months. Doctors regularly test lung function and take chest scans to see if the treatment works. The results are compared between the 2 groups to see if nerandomilast helps. The doctors also check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Study details include: The study duration may be up to 286 weeks including: - 40-week Pivotal Maintenance Sub-Study - 240-week Open-Label Extension (OLE) Sub-Study - 45-day Follow-up Visit Note: For the participants who do not enroll into OLE Sub-Study, the duration will be up to 46 weeks, including the 40-week maintenance period and a 45-day follow-up visit.
